72361 Late 19th Century Antique French Aubusson Rug, 06'05 x 09'08. 

This beautiful antique French Aubusson rug was hand-woven in the last quarter of the 19th century in Aubusson, France. Featuring a grand central medallion composed of pink cabbage roses and white flowers, this stunning antique Aubusson rug displays desirable patina and age wear. Naturally rendered garlands surround the center medallion on an abrashed dark pink field with maroon and pink borders. Golden architectural elements add structure to the centerpiece and to the corner borders and spandrels.
