The incrustation pattern and soft colors woven into this piece work together creating a beautiful juxtaposition between the concentric geometric design. Taking center stage is a cusped medallion surrounded by a faded allover millefleur pattern. The Khatamkari style embellishments alone are sufficiently mesmerizing, but the antique-washed colors are extraordinary. It is enclosed with an elaborate millefleur border and inner and outer guard borders.
