This hand-knotted wool distressed antique Persian Malayer gallery rug features three lozenge style amulet medallions floating in a repeating geometric pattern. Two stair-step pyramid medallions reach from the border towards to centralized medallions. The antique Persian rug is enclosed with a spandrels in each corner and a geometric border, flanked with subsidiary guard bands. It is extraordinary something so rich in history and design blends so seamlessly into nearly any decor even the most Minimalist style.
