The sophisticated geometric design and classic color palette woven into this piece work together creating a modern yet elevated feel such as American traditional or even Nautical chic. The abrashed red field contains a superimposed octofoil medallion anchored with flaming palmette pendants. An allover pattern composed of blooming palmettes, serrated leaves, stylized florals and foliage further ornament the field. Ivory spandrels radiate from the corners echoing designs from within the field. It is framed with a standard Herati border enclosed with an inner and outer rectilinear meander guard border.
