72614 Antique Persian Saraband Rug, 04'09 X 09'09.
The hand-knotted wool antique Persian Saraband rug runner features a symmetrical columns of stylized Mir boteh motifs. The boteh resembles sprouting seed and is known as the "Seed of Life." It represents potential for growth and regeneration. The shekeri border is comprised of a thick zigzag patterned band flanked with two thin floral-patterned borders. Perfect for wide hallways, corridors, living room, master bath, galley kitchens, foyers and entryways.
- Rendered in variegated shades of beige, ecru, tan, blue, navy blue, ink blue, brown and muted rust.
- Saraband Persian rugs are made in the SereBand district, located southwest of Arak, Iran.
