This hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner features three connected hexagonal medallions with palmette pendants spread across an abrashed brick red field. Bursting with life, an array of beautiful floral motifs adorns nearly every part of this stately Oushak runner. Rosettes, tulips, and calyxes elegantly decorate the interiors of each medallion, while lovely trefoil blooms grace the corner spandrels. Two bright orange panels containing stylized flowers bookend the field. The large main border features a unique floret and tulip Meander design, while unassuming rosette Meander guard borders add a delicate touch to the composition.
