The abrashed field features an allover star pattern of large quatrefoil florets and small rosettes spread across an abrashed field. Small trefoil calyxes line the edges of the field, echoing the angular floral forms. The wide main border repeats the quatrefoil florets of the central area, accompanied by an outer rosette border, inner rectilinear meander border, and a series of barber’s pole listels.
