This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner features three connected hexagonal pole medallions spread across an abrashed brick red field. Superimposed concentric diamonds with floral embellishments adorn the interiors of the medallions. Small blooms and eight pointed stars, which are seen to represent spirituality, decorate the field. Simple rosette and saw-tooth borders frame the composition.
