The antique washed cut-out field features a stepped concentric medallion decorated with stylized florals, angular palmettes, and ambiguous motifs. Peeking through the blue hued corner spandrels is a rectilinear botanical design of florals and foliage. Running along the width at either end are end-caps filled with botanical ziggurats adding interest and depth. It is enclosed with an angular botanical border flanked with an inner and outer leafy guard band. Ripe with rich patterns and unmistakable aspects of traditional Turkish culture, this vintage Oushak rug would bring a sense of nostalgic charm to nearly any interior.
