This daintily ornamented hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak Rug features a large center medallion with anchor tip pendants floating in an open abrashed field. Angular spandrels filled with palmettes and angular vines adorn each corner. Rectangular bands filled with ziggurats sit at either short end surrounded by a dynamic botanical primary border featuring a silhouette of diamonds and blossoming sprigs. Inner and outer carnation meander guard borders surround, adding depth and interest.
