Woven with the mellowed threads of time, this hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak rug unveils a narrative steeped in the golden glow of antiquity. At its heart lies a majestic stepped medallion, a lozenge form anchored by regal palmette pendants, each one flowering outward like the echoes of a sultan’s dream. The medallion itself is a sanctuary of symmetry and grace, with delicate floral motifs and branching vines that dance across its surface, conjuring visions of Anatolian gardens blooming under soft twilight skies.
Framing this luminous center, the corner spandrels rise in harmonious balance, adorned with abstracted floral clusters that gently mirror the medallion’s charm.
