This eye-catching example of a Sivas in a classic all over medallion pattern. The Turkish rug features a central medallion in scarlet red covered in angular vines of creamy beige dotted with lush saffron and palmettes. The medallion floats on a large lozenge of charcoal (brownish-black) in a labyrinth of arabesque vines blooming with red flowers. Surrounded by a thick border and dotted with stylized flowers outlined in red flanked with thin bands of vines and flowers. This classic example of a Turkish Sivas rug will lend an air of exoticism to nearly any room. Perfect for entry, foyer, entryway, small living spaces, master bath, kitchen and sitting areas.
